Hudac warranty to Tarion warranty. Tarion Enrollment fee paid for by Habib Homes.

Note
The purchaser will be limited to choices of flooring. Interior and exterior paints, ceramic tiles, counter tops and kitchen cupboards from vendors samples provided that these choices are finalized by the purchaser within 14 days after the deal is final, and provided that the vendor has not already ordered and/or installed same. Prices, plans, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Exterior elevations and floor plans are artists' rendering only, if there are any discrepancies between plan and specification sheet, the specification sheet takes priority. Vendor reserves the right to substitute for discontinued or unavailable items or substitute at their discretion with equal or superior quality.
