All homes built by Habib Homes carry a full Tarion warranty.  Tarion warranty enrolment fee paid for by Habib Homes. Habib Homes has an excellent rating with Tarion for after sales service.


The purchaser will be limited to choices of flooring.  Interior and exterior paints, ceramic tiles, counter tops and kitchen cupboards from vendors samples provided that these choices are finalized by the purchaser within 14 days after the deal is final, and provide that vendor has not already ordered and or installed same.  Prices, plans and specifications are subject to change without notice.  Exterior elevations and floor plans are artist’s rendering only, if there are any discrepancies between plan and specification sheet, the specification sheet takes priority.  Vendor reserves the right to substitute for discontinued or unavailable items or substitute at their discretion with equal or superior quality
